The reception was very friendly and we were directed to a free parking spot. When we finally reached the apartment, the situation was quite different. The narrow spiral staircase proved very difficult to climb with luggage. The apartment turned out to be a simply constructed wooden structure. The cleanliness of the apartment was lacking. The furnishings were very basic. Black mold was present on the back of the bed due to leaky windows throughout the apartment. Sleeping during rain was impossible because of the corrugated metal roof. An open shower in the middle of the room offered no privacy, the bathroom was too small and untidy. The terrace equipment was very old‑fashioned, the loungers were torn, and the chairs and tables were rusty and outdated.
