The hotel is spotless inside and out, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no handrail at the entrance for elderly guests; a handhold on the building wall would suffice.

“Nice, clean hotel with a nice breakfast”

The hotel itself felt cozy and well-appointed, with a small gym and a nice sauna for guests. Breakfast was available until 1:00 pm on weekends. The main train station in Frankfurt is just a block away, making airport transfers and other train journeys easy, but the surrounding red‑light district means you’ll see some curious sights on the streets outside.

The room and breakfast were fine. Three guests share a balcony, so as a non‑smoker it’s annoying when someone smokes; a no‑smoking rule would suit this nice hotel.

The hotel is fairly modern and kept cool, located centrally—especially handy for the Frankfurt Book Fair. The rooms were spotless. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, especially during the Book Fair; many requests had to be repeated and it depended heavily on who was on duty. The breakfast area had too few seats, and the food selection, including bread, was modest. Rooms facing the street were noisy, and the bedding was too heavy and more suited to winter, making it hard to sleep through the thick blanket.

Frühstück war super. Hotel ist sauber. Bahnhof und Messe fußläufig nicht weit weg. Die Angestellten waren auch super freundlich. Kaum Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Die Matratze im Bett ist für mich zu hart
