The pools were a real highlight – clean, big enough for a few laps and great for a quick dip. The only snag was the TV in the room; it only caught two channels and the picture kept flickering. Otherwise, a decent spot for a short stay.

Everything about the place was fine, from the comfy bed to the friendly staff. The apartment itself, though, could use some fixing – a leaky faucet and a wobbly doorframe were the main issues. Still, the overall vibe was pleasant.

The location left a lot to be desired – far from shops, restaurants and any real nightlife, and the rooms are tucked away from the pools, which are few and often closed. I only used the pool once, then got a weird fungal infection on my nails that I’d never had before, so I left early and sought treatment elsewhere. On top of that, there’s no room service; you have to text on WhatsApp for anything, even a spare blanket, and you’ll be charged.

The hotel’s pool area is nicely set up, with plenty of lounge chairs and a clear view of the garden. It’s a comfortable spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Staff were genuinely friendly and the evening shows with singers and the pool animator added a fun vibe. The elevator felt cramped, and there was no proper cart for luggage, which made moving bags a hassle. All the pools were scorching hot with no cooler option, and the restaurant prices were steep. I also wish the room had a simple squeegee for the bathroom floor.
