The front desk staff were helpful, yet the cancellation policy felt unfair. The lobby was a mess with chairs scattered everywhere, the back patio looked rough, and the main entrance seemed deserted and rundown.

The place is close to parks, but the room was infested with mold and bugs.

Mediocre ac, mildew/mold smell in the lobby, old dirty carpet in the halls and rooms

It was cheap. Didn’t look or feel clean, amenities lacking considering we were charged a “resort” fee. Tv in our room was broken, key card reader didn’t work initially. Tried to call front desk to get WiFi that they forgot to write down for us and never got an answer
