The breakfast staff are wonderful! The facilities are clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent, making the stay worth it. The hotel could offer half‑board or allow earlier check‑in, especially considering bus arrival times; I got to the city at 5 am and waited at the reception from 7 am to 11 am for check‑in, so earlier check‑in would have been more comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh fruits and a well‑made buffet overall; the staff were very helpful, and I didn’t find anything that disappointed me.

The staff were all cheerful and friendly, and Breno, the kitchen girls, the reception team, and the manager were all lovely to me—thanks to everyone, you’re all 1000 points!
