The hotel was affordable, clean, and convenient, but the exterior was dirty with leaves everywhere, and parking was difficult with a large car.

The room was spacious and clean, yet the air conditioning didn’t work, making it very cold for my toddler; the hotel should honestly advertise that the unit only has a fan and no heating.

The place was always tidy, and the staff listened well to guests’ requests; the area was quiet and a bit away from noise. However, facilities were limited—no kitchen or outdoor cooking area, which made a two‑night stay from Johannesburg rely on take‑away, and the common areas were inaccessible for drinks or socializing because there were no chairs or enough space.
