I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Regency. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was very polite and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Kuldeep Kumar for being extremely helpful, supportive, and professional. He made my stay even more comfortable with his excellent service and friendly nature. The staff were friendly, but the hotel disappointed me with its lack of cleanliness. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom showed signs of neglect, and the worst part was the dirty bedding that looked like it hadn’t been changed since the last guests. That’s absolutely unacceptable for a hotel, especially when clean sheets should be a basic standard.
