The location and pool were great, but the carpet was dirty, towels were stained, there was a big stain on the bed coverlet, and one bed was missing a top sheet and pillow (I reported the last three items to the front desk and nothing was done to fix them). There was always a lot of deferred maintenance, and it looks like management is incompetent or grossly negligent.

The rooms were nice, but the pool was ice cold and I couldn’t even swim; they need to heat up the water or the room.

The room was large, the refrigerator was nice, there was decaf coffee, and the front desk was friendly.
