The room was spacious, and the breakfast was generous. The hotel’s conference center meant work and lodging were close by. The room was labeled “garden view,” which actually meant a single row of trees and a noisy street. I could hear planes taking off and landing loudly. I didn’t like the hotel’s smell, the carpets in the corridors were very dirty and worn out.

“Very happy”

Everything was perfect. Staying at Mogador Marrakech Agdal was an absolute joy! The grounds and rooms are beautiful, creating a perfectly peaceful environment. What made my trip so special was how attentive, warm, and generous everyone working here was. I am very pleased with my experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech city.

“O alegere foarte buna. O sa revin!”

A good hotel, great for Marrakech. The room was large and clean. Cleaning is done every day. Towels are changed daily. The staff are very friendly and kind. The food is very good and varied, with exceptional natural juices and local products. The hotel has large, beautiful, well‑maintained pools, water slides, and play areas for children. The hotel offers daily free transport to Jamaa el Fna market. I didn’t find anything wrong. The plumbing was a bit worn but very clean!

“Le séjour aurait été parfait dans des chambres moins bruyantes”

The setting was pretty, the staff were pleasant, and breakfast was very good. The rooms assigned to our group were very noisy due to heavy traffic and especially poor sound insulation.

“Agradável”

The breakfast was Moroccan‑style with a great variety. The staff were friendly and ready to help. The pool was large, and it was nice that we could access the slides on the other side for kids. The shuttle service drops you at the Medina entrance, making the location convenient and close to the airport. There was a good buffet for dinner. The rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen staff were kind and didn’t mind when we asked for breakfast earlier because we had an activity at 6 am, and the next day we had to leave for the flight at 6 am. The street noise was loud; our rooms faced a nightclub that started playing from 2 am to 5:30 am. Because the windows weren’t well insulated, it felt like the club was right next to us shouting. It was a pity they did nothing about it, and when we went to reception they only offered to change rooms. The girls who cleaned the rooms left the beds nice but always forgot the towels. In one room the key card kept malfunctioning, so we had to go to reception every day to activate it; when one card was activated, the other deactivated, which was annoying to keep asking for the same thing, and reception only activated them without trying to solve the problem.
