“Not recommended service wise , Infra was good but it cannot suffice a poor service quality”

The overall vibe and facilities were decent, and the security lady was super helpful—she even gave first aid when my daughter got hurt, which was a big relief. However, the service quality fell short of expectations; we had to request a towel for the pool multiple times and the staff seemed indifferent, so we ended up returning to the room dripping wet. Also, everything beyond the room cost extra, and when we asked for a refill of the complimentary water, the person on the phone asked for money.

The rooms are spacious and have the necessary amenities, but the upkeep and cleaning leave something to be desired.

“Family Friendly Property”

The staff were friendly and the facility was roomy, and the à la carte food tasted good. However, the bodywash and shampoo didn’t have stands inside the shower cubicle—a small but necessary detail—so I had to step into the dry area each time. Service at the restaurant was a bit slow, and the buffet’s cleanliness could have been better.
