The staff were friendly and quick to respond whenever we needed anything.

Valerie at the front desk was awesome! She was helpful and friendly. Our check-in time was 3pm. We were coming from about 1 1/2 hrs away. We were already set to arrive at 3pm. We got a message that our room would not be ready at 3 pm while on freeway. So we couldn't do anything. We arrived at 3 pm. We had to wait until after 4:30 to get our room. Sitting in the hotel lobby. The wedding we were attending started at 5 pm. We barely had time to get ready for it. Valerie was very apologetic. That didn't help us though

I’ve stayed here many times and absolutely adore the beautiful historic rooms; they’re very elegant, unique, and also spacious.

The location is good and parking on the street is easy to find, but the electrical capacity was outdated and would shut off if the TV, accessories, laptops, phones, etc. were all running together.
