Everything feels newly renovated, and the food was tasty. The downside was a €2.50 fee per bike for storage in a garage that was still parked in the morning. Dinner was pricey. To reach the sauna you have to walk through the dining room, and there’s no proper changing area downstairs.

Clean, tidy, and fully comfortable, with a kilometer’s drive to Goslar. The dark landscape and tasty breakfast, plus the sauna, were great. I got a small discount on decorative dogs—these aren’t just dogs, they’re family members. Parking is next to the hotel on their grounds. It’s quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountains. My wife especially liked it. We had a transfer in a German tour. Maybe one day I’ll come specifically to relax in the Saru mountains, not just pass through Germany.

The location was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.

The breakfast buffet was very good, the restaurant kitchen was solid, there was an affordable garage for the motorcycles, and the rooms were modern.
