The view from the room was great and the staff were wonderful, especially the reception girls who were outstanding; the city center was accessible by bus, and for those who want peace it’s a good spot. However, the food was disappointing, we paid for half‑board and never ate at the hotel, and the restaurant’s cleanliness was off‑putting.

The balcony view was nice and the breakfast was good, but the overly enthusiastic welcome with an immediate upgrade was unnecessary; the next day we got a free extension and a lunch because we weren’t satisfied, and we still don’t know why we didn’t receive the booked bungalow; the price is too high for a basic room.

Breakfast was good, the private beach was nice, and the staff were very friendly; for a longer stay I would have liked a bigger room, but the hotel had a pleasant vibe. I would have preferred an à la carte menu at the restaurant, as only breakfast and buffet dinner were offered, and lunch was served at the pool bar.
