The accommodation is very pretty, comfortable, and clean. We ended up being told that the management had changed a week ago and that all bookings from Booking had been cancelled, and they could only help us if we cancelled there and received rooms at the new price. We cancelled but haven’t received a response or refund yet, and we didn’t really have another accommodation option, so we ended up paying 550 lei instead of the 251 we’d paid for the reservation.

The breakfast was really great, plentiful, and tasty. The outlets were loose, the toilet lid wasn’t the best, and the pressing plate was also broken.

The hotel is a bunch of scammers. Dishonest and liars.

The room was huge and very cheap, especially since breakfast was included; it was well equipped and felt premium. The fact that the room was carved into the rock was spectacular for us. Breakfast was plentiful and the terrace was nice. The street was quiet. I liked that Avanos had more Turkish tourists than strangers, making it feel more authentic than Göreme. However, tiny bits of rock or sand fell from the ceiling, so I had to cover the beds. Our host only spoke Turkish, so communication wasn’t always easy. The hotel is a little far from the center, but that’s what makes it calmer.
