Located in Llandudno’s town centre, the hostel sits within a five‑minute walk of the main shopping street, train station and beach. It offers private rooms and dorms adorned with chandeliers, Egyptian‑cotton linens, and tea‑coffee facilities. Guests enjoy free Wi‑Fi, a lounge with leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, and a continental breakfast of cereal, juice and toast.

Two women were assigned to my room; one was already there and the other had not yet arrived. The woman present refused to share the room with a man and asked staff for a different room, but they declined. I requested to move to an upstairs room instead, yet they said it wasn’t possible because the upstairs rooms hadn’t been cleaned after a busy weekend. I left without staying a single night.

I got great value for my money. There wasn’t much else to note.

The central spot, spotless rooms and bathrooms, and friendly staff made for a perfect stay, and the electronic phone locks added a nice touch of security. The lower bunk bed’s headspace felt a bit cramped.

The place was comfortable, well‑located, and the staff communicated excellently—including online messages, which is uncommon. Luggage storage was tight, and I couldn’t locate the reception, though finding it online was straightforward.
