The staff were helpful and pleasant, but the nighttime noise was horrendous—people arriving late clapped and slammed doors, so I had to wear ear plugs. Beetles appeared in my room, emerging from the drawer and under the bed at times. The reception staff were helpful and pleasant, yet the expensive foyer furniture gave a false impression because the room’s amenities didn’t match up.

Wi‑Fi works well, the staff are welcoming, there’s a breakfast buffet and you can order lunch or dinner to your room; the only downside is that the door slamming on the floor is loud, otherwise everything is fine.
