I booked an ADA room, but the hotel assigned it to someone else, leaving me in a non‑ADA room with a broken bathtub, dirty walls, and grimy trim. The bathroom vent was so filthy I almost didn’t believe it worked. My disabled husband had to wash at the sink because the tub was inaccessible. The pool had a layer of scum on top, and the hot tub was marked “Closed Forever.” I’d advise people to run, not walk, from this place!

The location is convenient for restaurants, a hospital, and radiation oncology. However, there was no hot tub as advertised online; the staff rudely told me to cancel when I mentioned it, and a sign at check‑in confirmed it was permanently closed. The pool was supposedly heated but was actually cold. The sink and bathtub drained very slowly and had mold around the tub. Nearby rooms had dogs barking, and breakfast options were limited. I won’t stay here again.

The sheets were wonderful, the bed was comfy, and the blackout curtains worked great. A big dog in the adjacent room woke me up at 6:30 am. Breakfast could have been better—maybe add eggs or fruit.

The staff were kind and the area around the hotel had plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in!
