The room was fine and the staff were excellent, especially Chef Santosh who went above and beyond to keep us comfortable; his cooking is superb. The location isn’t great, far from the city, and the reception area isn’t air‑conditioned (or the AC wasn’t working), making it hot. A covered passage between the main wing and second wing is needed for rainy weather; even when it wasn’t raining, the sun made moving around uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the lack of a valet attendant most of the time, causing delays in parking and retrieving the car.

Good overall, but the room accessories were lacking.

The location was good and the staff were cooperative and prompt, but I’ve had better experiences at other Regenta properties. The rooms were not well cleaned at check‑in.

The food was good, and even though the hotel is a bit far from the city, the price makes it worthwhile.
