I’d say the place is big and geared more toward parties, so before booking it’s smart to ask if there are any large groups, because you won’t get much rest… The location is good, parking works, and breakfast is fine. On the downside, if there’s a party or a big group, everything is audible, and the room cleanliness is average.

“Sympatycznie, choć miejsce wymaga już odświeżenia”

The spot’s close to the city center, has a convenient parking that can be extended, a nice vibe, plenty of breakfast, a very friendly front desk, and a tea/coffee corner. However, the carpet and sofas are long past their prime, the shower door doesn’t close so the bathroom can flood, there are no shelves or hooks for toiletries in the bathroom, the paper mount is torn, and the lighting on the premises forces you to block the windows at night.

The location is great, right next to Brama Opatowska. The hotel sits in an authentic manor from 1861 and the classic interior décor fits well. Given those facts, I’d have expected the price to be at least twice as high, so the surprise was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is tasty. No complaints.
