“Local bem desagradável”

Only the location and breakfast were good. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, the sheets were bloody and the wall had a blood stain. The shower only had cold water, the tap was broken, and when you turned it on water dripped from the ceiling. The cleaning was awful. The room service was annoying – even with a “do not disturb” sign, the housekeeper would bang loudly to announce she was at the door. The bathrobe was old and one was ripped. We stayed from 3 am to noon, and 30 minutes before checkout the front desk called to ask if we were leaving or extending, which was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast didn’t even have pão de queijo for those who avoid gluten.

“Não recomendo a rede. Não entregou o que está no site. Não passei a noite no quarto.”

Por algum motivo, trocaram a minha reserva para outro hotel da rede, o São Francisco. Mas o quarto não tinha condições de acomodação. Tudo muito velho, desgastado, úmido. Utensílios enferrujados. Banheiro sem box (nem mesmo cortina). Atendimento bom. Mas confuso quanto à minha reserva
