I arrived very late at the hotel, but that was absolutely no problem. The staff mainly speak Italian with little English, but they are very helpful and care about guests feeling comfortable. The location is great.
The breakfast is excellent and the location is very good.
The hotel was very well located. The room was small but very comfortable and highly functional. It was close to the bus stop and the basilica.

The location was good for exploring near the main bus station, so it was handy. The place was nice and okay; if you want luxury this isn’t for you, but if you want a good base with decent staff, it ticks the box. The only complaint was about the location.
