“Prima, maar met verbeterpuntje”

The location and the reception ladies are great. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise. Using the free washing machines and dryer is also very convenient. The room looked clean at first glance, but there was a thick layer of dust on the top shelves. The welcome drink was almost insulting—a tiny beer in a plastic cup. Strangely, I received a later‑ordered glass of wine, so there was no welcome drink in a plastic cup, even though the bar is full of glasses and we even had wine glasses in the room.

“Schönes zentralgelegenes Stadthotel.”

The rooms are very nice and tasteful. The hotel is in a lively area with many restaurants and cafés. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very “Korean,” which was a bit of an adjustment for us. The air conditioning in the dining room was set so high that it was always very cold and uncomfortable. Like many places in Korea, it was difficult to communicate here.

A wonderfully elegant hotel with large, spotless rooms in a perfect spot—one of the best worldwide. Nothing to complain about.

“À recommander sans la moindre hésitation.”

The hotel is well located, rooms comfortable, staff very helpful. Breakfast is excellent, served in a beautiful room, and the espresso is delicious. Two washing and drying machines are kindly available to guests. The only downside is the lack of shelves or a piece of furniture to store belongings, which seems common in many Korean hotels.
