The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of four. Breakfast options were good, and my son loved the pool. My room was on the 4th floor, and I kept hearing a constant vibration and deep bass from the HVAC units on the roof that rattled all the way down to my room, making it impossible to sleep because of the loud noise.

Every time we head to Rochester, we book this place; it’s perfect for my son’s college stay and the staff are genuinely friendly. The location is spot‑on, and the two‑year remodel has turned the hotel into something fantastic. I can’t think of anything that could have been better.

The spot itself is convenient, but when we arrived late with an infant and a child, we noticed the bathroom lacked a hand wash and body wash, and the carpet was filthy.

Size of room w table and 2 chairs. Dark roast coffee at all Hampton is not strong very watery
