The bed was comfortable, the room clean, the bathroom spacious with hot water, breakfast was adequate, the price reasonable, and it’s next to Plaza San Marco. What more could you want? I didn’t dislike anything at first, except that there was no elevator.

We stayed only for the location, near Plaza San Marco. The arrival was irritating; the reception was terrible, the receptionist was very rude, almost threw our keys at us and opened the building’s door to our room with a bad attitude. The room is outside the hotel premises, on a side building that looks abandoned and external.

Staff were nice, good spot to stay close to everything. Ac wasn’t working so it was a bit hot and pillows were hard as a rock but this depends on the person using it I guess. Otherwise good spot
