The elevator takes you to the 48th floor, then another elevator to the 49th or 50th floor. The unit was excellent, with two bathrooms, bedrooms, a washer/dryer, and a full kitchen, though we think few people use it. We cooked a full meal—steak and veggies (frozen)—but the frying pan is very small and only a small pot fits. We bought a larger pan, but it wouldn’t work on the induction cooker. We liked the property; the only suggestion is to provide detailed written instructions for the stove top, convection cooker, and washer/dryer. We figured it out, but it would be easier to have a reference. Also, there are no details on what to do when the rubbish bin is full; you tie the bag up and leave it outside your door for the staff to collect. A note on the bench would have made this easier instead of having to contact front desk.

We loved the hotel. The room on the 50th floor had incredible, spectacular views! The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with tasteful décor. We especially appreciated the coffee capsules in the room, which were a huge plus. Everything was very clean, well‑maintained, and beautiful. It was undoubtedly a fantastic experience, and we would recommend the hotel 100 %. We would definitely stay again!

Support responded quickly, the amenities were good, and there was a nice variety of food nearby in a good location. The Wi‑Fi went down while we were there, and the auto‑sensor lights and fans kept turning off at night, disrupting our sleep.

The spot is spot-on. The flat was roomy and gave plenty of privacy, plus the two bathrooms made things a breeze. The staff sorted out the missing check‑in instructions quickly. The only downside was the club upstairs – it was loud all night after we landed on a Saturday from a long flight, so we couldn’t catch any sleep.
