The location is excellent, the service is very good, but I think a 4‑star rating should actually be 3 stars because the hotel is on the second floor of a residential building (no lobby like a typical hotel).

The location was fantastic, the service was up to standard, the building and rooms were clean, and the interiors left a great impression; the rooms themselves were quite small, as were the bathrooms, but you mostly stay in them only at night. If I had to find flaws, the breakfast offered a limited selection and looked the same every day, lacking vegetables and fruit, though there were plenty of sweet snacks like croissants. Overall, the price-to-offer ratio is very favorable.

“Convenient for walking to the major sights, but request a room that isn't on the noisy main road”

The spot was spot-on for Centro Storico, and every morning's breakfast hit the mark. Gabriele and Antonella were super helpful and patient when I tried my Italian with them. The downside was the noisy street—especially at night when we woke up around 1am to badly sung revelers passing by. Plus the bathroom was cramped; the shower felt especially tight.

“Amazing location, friendly staff, beautiful breakfast, lovely breakfast room”

The location was fantastic, and the old building was gorgeous. The shower was in the bedroom, so while a separate shower room would have been nice, I appreciated how space was used efficiently.
