I liked the rooms with balconies, the spacious pool, the service from the gentleman (name unknown) who was always smiling at the café clearing the table, and his Benê. Both were wonderful!

The location was fine because it's near Shopping Manauara. I didn't use breakfast this time but had liked it in another stay. In the bathroom I saw leaks that really hurt the rating of the facilities. Though I requested two single beds at check‑in, they gave me two double beds in both rooms.

I liked the coffee. Very good! I didn't like the situation after 22 hours. I was locked in for a few minutes, almost in despair.

The reception staff were disorganized, repeatedly calling and banging on the apartment door to deliver iFood even though it had been said there was no order.
