The place was awful: the cleanliness was poor, walls had holes, the only staff member was an old man smoking and complaining about the booking company, he didn’t know I was coming and had no room ready, and when I saw the mess I left immediately; they also demanded paperwork for a nonexistent service animal and claimed they’d need to hire a special person because of dog dander—definitely avoid this spot.

When I arrived, the gentleman at reception was extremely rude and wouldn’t honor my reservation, which made my daughter cry; I’ll never return.

I couldn't stay because no rooms were available; several were under renovation, which caused the confusion. I’ve stayed here before and it was pretty decent for the price, with clean, well‑maintained rooms. The manager told me to contact whoever I booked through and then just walked away, which is how I learned the rooms were being renovated.
