I booked a suite, but only got an apartment with water stains on the ceilings and a wet exterior wall in the bedroom. After complaining we were moved to another room, but that was just a double room. No discount or compensation received.

Breakfast and dinner were both very good, and the staff everywhere was friendly; the whole hotel was spotless. Though a bit out of town, the place is reachable quickly by car or a short walk through the Kurpark, and the setting is peaceful. The rooms are quite spacious, and the indoor pool and sauna are included in the price and are also top quality. The rooms are noticeably noisy, and the TVs are a little small.

The hotel sits quietly by the Kurpark, and walking to the city center is easy; the on‑site wellness area and dining are excellent.

It was close to our destination and the staff were nice, but the property is very old and in need of renovation.
