The spot’s spot on, with tram stop 9 right outside the entrance and Porta Romana metro just two minutes away. The little terrace on the 6th floor gives a decent city view. The bathroom, though, is a real squeeze – the ceiling drops, making it feel a bit claustrophobic, and it’s just too small.

The staff were super helpful. The only downside was that there were no coffee facilities in the room.
