The building looked as if it might collapse, with cracked walls and falling plaster everywhere. After the July earthquake, tourists should avoid staying there. When we opened the door, a moldy smell hit us. We had been looking forward to sleeping there, but we gave up on the accommodation. Even though the stay was supposed to be longer, the host didn’t refund our money. There was no hot water, and the appliances were broken: the kettle was defective, and the host lied about everything working. Wi‑Fi only worked in one spot. The elevator was broken, covered in flowers and a table. The photos on Booking don’t show the rooms but a hallway from probably five years ago and the surroundings. Current photos with cracked walls are attached. It’s the WORST place we’ve seen in Italy, and the host treats tourists like a joke.
