I loved the food, the rooms were spacious, and the bathtub was great, but one sauna was crowded and there weren't enough loungers in the relaxation area.

“It’s not worth the money”

The bed, mattress, and room size were fine, and one receptionist was quite helpful and tried to resolve my issue, though I can't recall her name; the spa was decent. However, the hotel doesn't feel like a four‑star place: the room was dirty with mold in the bathroom, construction workers were drilling in the middle of the day, and there was a construction site right under my windows that ruined the view. The staff, except for one lady who worked on Sunday, October 11th, were not very helpful, and the hotel isn't environmentally friendly. I would have liked a regular kettle in the room, but there were only two small bottles of water and nothing else. Breakfast was only somewhat acceptable.

Everything was wonderful, comfortable, the breakfast tasted great, and I liked the spa area; the massage was simply amazing. My friend and I both left thrilled.

The forest setting is wonderful. My room was clean and quiet. The food, both à la carte and in the dining area, was delicious. Breakfasts were very varied and the ladies serving the meals were very kind, as was the chef who made omelets and scrambled eggs to order. Thank you for the excellent service.
