We’ve stayed in Schönbrunn many times and were always satisfied! This time the service staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to meet every request. The new receptionist, Lissi, deserves special mention—her warmth and kindness make you feel at home right from check‑in. We’ll return!

“Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lage aber der Straßenlärm verhindert das Ausschlafen.”

A nice place in a good spot with ample parking, but the traffic outside the window woke me up early and the windows aren’t sound‑proof, which is a shame.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the room stayed quiet even though it’s on a main street, making it a perfect spot for the Sparkassen Arena.

The tradition of the house convinced me to book, but the cancellation policy feels outdated: free cancellation is only allowed until date X, 00.00 h, which for me means 23.59 h the day before! I missed that deadline by a few hours and was charged the full rate – that’s unacceptable today. I also still haven’t received a response to a request for an exception. A hotel of this size should handle such things better; if your travel plans change on short notice, this place isn’t a good choice.

“Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir waren voll zufrieden.”

A classic, well‑maintained hotel with a beautiful, spacious beer garden surrounded by old trees. The staff were quick and friendly, the food was excellent, and the breakfast was wonderful. The room was very quiet, located toward the back, and you heard nothing from the street. It’s right next to the trade fair, so we’d definitely return anytime.
