The room was quiet and the bed was really comfy! The landlady was lovely!. I would have loved it if I could have properly closed the bathroom window as I'm not used to sleeping on the ground floor

The host was extremely helpful and the room was clean and tidy. There was a 10 minute walk into town.

The landlady was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Plenty of water, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk were provided. Nothing at all.

Breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. The location was great, only a 10‑minute walk to central Totnes, and it was convenient to leave the car there and walk into town. The single room on the ground floor was a bit small, and the bathroom was very small. I didn’t see any of the other rooms, so I can’t say whether it’s a romantic place to stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable, with an excellent en‑suite. There was no one to welcome me when I arrived, and the breakfast options were limited.
