The location and decor are nice, but the facilities feel a bit old.

The terrace is lovely and we enjoyed a nice breakfast after watching the balloons. The bed was a bit uncomfortable; the mattress looked very old.

We adored the hotel, its location, the staff, and the services. The staff were very kind and helpful. We dined at the hotel’s restaurant both evenings. The hotel is family‑run. They arranged a very reasonably priced hot air balloon ride, an ATV tour, and the red tour for us. We were picked up and dropped off at the hotel for all the tours.

Saya sangat suka hotel ni. Hotel dkt location yg sangat strategik. Hotel atas kawasan rata. Tak risau nak bawa luggage. Hotel takdak lift tp jangan risau staff hotel tolong. Nak pi mana semua dekat. Atm, kedai makan, tempat tengok view hot air balloon dekat. Semua jalan kaki ja. Sangat2 helpful. Pakej semua amek dengan hotel je. Dia tawarkan semua murah2 je dan berbaloi. Semua akan pickup kita dekat hotel dan angkat hantar ke hotel semula. Pakej green tour tu menarik dia boleh cakap english dan melayu. Pastu breakfast dia sedap boleh telan lah makanan turki tu hehe. Overall terbaik. Sangat puas hati. Harga pun berbaloi 👍👍👍. Cuma tkder bidet haha
