“Good location and friendly staff, but uncomfortable stay with serious issues”
The price was reasonable and the location very convenient; the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant, and they provided both body and floor towels, as well as soap and hot water in the bathroom. However, several major issues made it impossible to rest properly: mobile data didn’t work on the top floor, and the hotel’s Wi‑Fi didn’t work there either; it was impossible to reach the hotel via Booking messages – they never replied to my text inquiries on the platform and only answered phone calls. As for the room amenities, there was no hairdryer, so I had to use my own; the bedding had small holes and I noticed a few crumbs that looked like pieces of corn on the bed; the mattress was way too soft, which gave me a backache and made it difficult to fall asleep. The biggest issue was the room temperature—it was shockingly cold. At first I tried sleeping in a sweater under the blanket, but I stayed awake all night freezing; eventually I couldn’t take it anymore and had to put on full outdoor clothing. I ended up sleeping in my sweater, pants, jacket, and under the blanket just to warm up enough to fall asleep. Even though the windows were tightly shut, the radiator was barely warm, making it feel almost as cold as sleeping outside. Overall, despite the great staff and good location, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
