The staff, especially the lounge team on the seventh floor, were outstanding—thanks to Adriana Gaudi, Miguel, and Roland. The daily housekeeping could use a bit more attention.

Overall, the hotel and its services are very good, and the location—less than 500 meters from Multiplaza shopping—is very convenient. The airport transfer, which costs extra, is provided by minivans that could improve their maintenance.

The stay was excellent, but for our 45th wedding anniversary we chose this hotel because we had enjoyed the warm‑water pool before; the disappointment was that we couldn't use the pool because the water was too cold.
