The location is spot on.
The staff were awesome and treated me like a VIP.
Room 26 turned out to be very good – clean, comfy, and nicely set up.
Excellent cost‑benefit—got more than you paid for.

“Helpful staff, but uncomfortable pillows”
Staff were super helpful and the spot is great, but the pillows were way too high and hard—total nightmare. On top of that, there was no mirror in the room or even at the front desk.
“Clean shower and bed, simple but worth it”
It’s a place to shower and sleep on a clean bed, nothing fancy but it works. The setup is very basic, yet it matches what you pay.
“Good location but room issues”
The location is easy to get to from the metro and right next to the mall, which is a big plus. However, the pillows were worn and not clean, the shower spray hit the wall and left us squished, and I had to leave my key at the hotel because I couldn’t find a safe. I didn’t lose anything, but it’s a bit worrying.
“Simple, clean, great value”
Everything was simple but spotless, and they changed the sheets and towels every day. The ladies were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was basic but good value for the price. The location is spot on.
