The hotel was nicely positioned overlooking the river, giving impressive views of the river and tea plantations from both the dining area and the room; the staff were welcoming, parking was convenient right in front of the hotel, the elevator was modern, and the décor was pleasant. We enjoyed a very fresh breakfast served to our table. On the downside, breakfast started at 9:00, cutting into our day. The bed and most of the room were superficially clean, but the ceiling and the upper walls near the ceiling on the river side were quite dirty and appeared mouldy. The shower was missing one of its two doors, so we had to be careful while showering. For the price we expected better.

Everything is excellent, the staff are very helpful, and the comfort and cleanliness are superb.

Jacquizy is very nice and the river view is great. There is no restaurant in the hotel, which stopped working suddenly during our stay.

A great place with great people and a fantastic riverside location, plus exciting activities like zip‑lining and rafting. There isn’t much around the hotel, which keeps it cozy. The breakfast menu needs improvement.
