Cici at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival, but the shower didn’t work well and it was impossible to control the water temperature.

The staff were good, but the place smelled, was basic, and there was no food or breakfast available.

It was fine for our needs—a place to sleep—and it was close to a Wetherspoons, which helped with breakfast since the hotel offered none; however, we had to put the kettle on top of the wardrobe because there was no other plug, and the hallway had a strange smell, plus there wasn’t much breakfast inside the hotel.

The young girl at reception was exceptional; it was refreshing to see someone who really cares about their job and delivers top customer service. The place was very tidy and clean, and the location is ideal for walking into town. Parking facilities were good.
