The staff were polite and extremely helpful. When we returned from Nagasaki, an extra blanket and pillow were already in the room, just as we’d asked for during our first stay. The staff deserve praise for caring about customers’ needs. The facilities are aging and should be renovated soon.

The reception desk had many helpful and friendly staff members at any time of day, and I liked the room service. The hotel was just a few short blocks from Hakata station, making luggage transport easy. Two washers and dryers were available for guests. Our stay was great! Nothing negative.
