El desayuno estaba bien y la ubicación era perfecta, todo a un paso. Pero el candado del baúl no funcionó; parece que lo dejan cerrado y solo la llave maestra abre. Cuando me di cuenta, ya era tarde para llamar al conserje.

Me encantó el ambiente de Las Palmeras, pero el personal de recepción fue un desastre. Llegamos de noche y queríamos agua caliente para hacer té; nos dijeron que solo había un dispensador, así que teníamos que salir a buscarla. El recepcionista debería haber traído el agua caliente a la habitación. Después de un día de conducción, no quería salir a buscar agua. Necesitan capacitar al equipo para atender al cliente.
