The location was great, the staff were friendly, and there were welcome teas and good housekeeping, but the shower gel was scarce, an extra towel would have helped since no one was on site to request one, and the noise from other guests coming in and out was quite noticeable.

The room was clean and cozy, with towels, shower gel, and a kettle with tea available; it’s close to the metro for downtown, perfect for a walk along the seafront, and if you book in the area you get free tickets to climb the Biscaya Bridge (Bizkaia Zubia) – highly recommended! Don’t be alarmed if you find the window open when you return; they come every day to throw out trash and refill soap/shower gel as if it were a hotel.

The place was well‑located, but there was no fridge.

The place is lovely and conveniently located in Getxo. We stayed for one night and Raquel took great care of us; she was very helpful. The room was modern, spotless, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was very good, but it was noisy when another guest was taking a shower.
