Breakfast is served buffet style and was very extensive. The rooms are bright and we had a balcony. The location is top! The metro station is right around the corner. The bus to the airport without a transfer is about 300 m away and we used it for both arrival and departure. Two streets parallel to the hotel is now a traffic‑calmed zone with modernised buildings.

Service was good. The location is fine, with a metro station right across the street. We booked here because a day‑tour group departs from across the street. Wi‑Fi is really bad.

Breakfast is fine. The rooms need updating; they’re a bit old.

I always book a room at this hotel when I’m in Almaty! The location is convenient, close to the metro, stops, shops, and a sports field. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection. The standard room has everything needed, is clean, tidy, and has a balcony. Hygiene items and slippers are provided. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are hospitable. I want to keep coming back to a place that values and provides high‑level service! You’re doing great! Good luck and prosperity!

The hotel was filthy, with a stale, urine‑like odor that felt like it came from the plumbing or sauce, making me reluctant to even take off my shoes. We tried to stay for two days as a transit stop but couldn’t endure the smell for an hour and a half. We paid the full daily rate with no compensation. It’s better to pick a spot farther from the center where you can actually breathe.
