There was no way to get to and from the airport because the hotel doesn’t offer dedicated taxi services and the front desk wouldn’t arrange one. Uber isn’t available in the area, so I was worried about getting back for an early flight.

I really liked the location and the entertainment and food areas. Everything else was fine.

The pool and the lady who served us at breakfast were good. The breakfast portions for kids were almost adult size, the food didn’t taste very good, there wasn’t much to eat in the area, the heater didn’t work, the air‑conditioning was dirty, and mold was visible.

Everything was fine. The TV never worked and that happened to several guests, and the hot water never got hot.
