The place was perfectly quiet, great for a family break, but I didn’t realize that the air‑conditioning was an extra charge; we ended up paying 5€ per day per AC unit, totaling 60€ just for cooling, which was an unexpected fee on top of the booking price. This is the seventh time I’ve booked through that platform and the first time I’ve encountered this.

Location, cleanliness, hospitality and the cat . 1. Insects and lizards roaming inside the flat. 2. Paint and marker stains on the tiles in the bathroom 3. Lack or an oven 4. Payment for the AC separately which I don't remember seeing in the advert. 5. Hot water takes ages to start running. 6. Kitchen area needs improvement. 7. There is a gap between the entrance doorframe and the wall. 8. I didn't like the window behind the couch and the second door behind the cabinet in the bedroom. Overall 4/10 and some improvement can be a 6
