The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was hot and smelly upon arrival, the TV didn’t work, the tub had a hole in it and the shower knob was filthy, ceiling tile was falling in, paint was chipping in the unit and the door to the unit was unwelcoming. See above.

We weren’t bothered and had plenty of privacy. The staff was friendly enough and willing to help and answer any questions. Very understanding and helpful when we had problems with booking and understanding when we brought our pet. We found a couple dirty spots in our room – hair in the tub, dirt and stuff on the carpet and bathroom floors, and our roof tiles were caving in a bit. None of it really bothered us because we didn’t stay long in the room except to sleep but I did want to bring attention to it.

The staff was very friendly! We stay here every time we come to Conway!. Could use a slightly larger breakfast

The staff accommodated our request for a ground floor room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only three choices for breakfast.pancakes, cereal and oatmeal
