We loved the food and drinks at the bar, the charm of the building and our room, the rooftop deck’s gorgeous views, and the close distance to the Beltline.

The hotel has a fascinating history, was renovated and modernized, and features nice décor. It’s well‑situated, just a short walk from a Kroger supermarket, Ponce City Market, and the Belt Line. The underground French restaurant is excellent, and the rooftop bar offers a great view of Atlanta’s skyline. The room includes a kettle for tea and instant coffee. However, there’s no minibar in the room, and breakfast isn’t served; the only option is a small convenience shop on the ground floor with artificial items. When I tried to use the coffee machine there, it was broken. The liquid soap and shampoo weren’t restocked. I had to ask the housekeeper to vacuum the carpet in my room, which had luggage wheel debris from my arrival. One of the ten days I stayed, my room wasn’t cleaned. The entryway and elevator carpets were stained and had a bad odor. It’s a shame because the hotel could have been excellent. I also didn’t find a gym.

“Amazing stay at a great location”

The location, style, and atmosphere were relaxing yet fun; the rooftop was cute with a nice view, the lobby bar was great, and the staff were very friendly.

I paid a lot of money for no breakfast in the morning, and when I asked the staff to do something special in the room for a birthday, they did nothing.

The hotel restaurant was amazing. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very helpful.
