Very clean, comfortable beds, some staff were excellent. We were not allowed to bring our belongings before check‑in, nor could we do a late check‑out even though we arrived from Argentina at 2 am. I got up as late as possible. I went to breakfast 10 minutes before closing to grab fruit and water, but they had no water fountain available and the sign said closed. When I passed, the staff gave me bad looks. They also didn’t offer to keep our luggage or let us stay in the pool after check‑out. We had to leave even though our flight was in the afternoon.

The location is very good, the staff were polite and attentive, and I liked the breakfast; it’s simple, tasty, and functional. The room has extra blankets, a TV, and air conditioning, and the shower has hot water, which worked well for me even though others complained. The bathroom had a bad sewage smell and needs a complete renovation; its infrastructure is old. The room isn’t completely quiet because of cars passing on the street, but it’s not overly noisy.

The location and the staff’s friendliness were good. The bathroom was very old and broken.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The only hiccup was the shower – the temperature control was a bit finicky, switching between hot and cold was a hassle.
