The only good thing about this place is the location. They put me in a basement room; out the window was trash… The room didn’t feel clean. I would not recommend.

Good location, the cost matches what’s offered, the rooms are spacious, and there are no pests. There are no elevators and luggage has to be carried up or down.

The spot was ideal near Victoria Station, a quiet area with all amenities nearby (supermarket, pubs, tea room, restaurants…) and not far from central London, which makes for plenty of walking. (Close to St James’s Park, Buckingham Palace…) The touches in the room (water bottles, cakes, tea, coffee…) were appreciated. A larger bed (140 cm) would be welcome, and a piece of furniture in the bathroom would help store stuff. The hearty breakfast was nice but could use a more English touch (eggs, bacon, beans).

L’emplacement, le quartier, l’optimisation de l’espace. Les murs étaient assez fins et donc on entendait facilement le voisinage
